I have not read the book, only heard what they said. Telangana village in its entirety has taken abode in the novel. It refuses to move aside. Kandili lamp, Ekka lamp, well, husk hearth have all made their place there. Even a tree that shed leaves too has beauty. All are not capable of enjoying it. Life of the rural side appeared naked with no clothes on. Except from Telangana villages, characters can not be so unabashed, so naïve, so emotionally charged, so excited and so vibrant.
